When will I receive my order?
All orders placed before 11am (MYT) will be shipped the next working day, providing card security checks are complete, and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 11am (MYT) will be shipped the following business day.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept a variety of payment options for your ease and convenience including FPX / Online Banking, e-Wallet, Visa and Mastercard
Can my order be gift wrapped?
Every order placed on the online store ships in a gift box with signature Studio Kozé packaging.
How to calculate my shipping fees?
Free standard shipping on all orders in West Malaysia. For shipping to West Malaysia and other countries, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the location provided upon check out and will be shown on the payment page.
How do I know if my order went through?
If your payment is successful and your order has been received, an Order Confirmation page with your order confirmation number will display on the website after you place your order. You will also be immediately sent an order confirmation to the email address you entered when you placed your order.
I placed an order, but have not received my package. What can I do?
If you placed your order via your Studio Kozé customer account, log in to My Account then click on "my orders". You will then be able to follow the status of your order. If you do not receive your package within 5-7 working days. Please contact our friendly customer service team via WhatsApp or via email at hello@studiokoze.com
