Replacement Process
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange for the replacement item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
- In certain cases, we may require the original product to be returned. If so, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Exclusions
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement.
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale events may not qualify for replacements unless they arrive damaged or defective.
